| Am I eligible to register for
access to the NBS Online Store?
The NBS Online Store is a resource for our customers to order and
view parts and graphics at anytime. Anyone is eligible to sign up
for access. Each sign up request is processed M-F between the hours
of 8 and 5 EST.
I’ve submitted my registration information
why have I not received a validation email?
Be sure your anti-spam software and email account is set to allow
incoming email from nbsinc.net. Call your system administrator for
assistance if you cannot receive email from our server. You may
contact our customer service department at 800-325-9021 M-F between
the hours of 8 and 5 EST or email webmaster@nbinc.net.
I can’t remember my password. Can you
send it?
Yes. Go to the NBS
Store page and type in your login and click Please Email Me
My Password. Your information will be sent to your email address.
If you do not know your login, please email webmaster@nbsinc.net.
How can I change a quantity or contents of my basket?
Please utilize the links in the green bar at the top of the store
page. These will allow you to make changes to your account, search
for a product, view a product list, and more importantly –
make changes to your basket contents.
How can I order a product that is not in the
Online Store?
You may submit information about the product in the Special Order
Instructions part of the Checkout. Or you may call us at 800-325-9021
or email us at webmaster@nbsinc.net
to add to your order. If notified, we can work to include your missing
product in the online store. This is our first online store so we
are constantly working to make a better experience for our online
shoppers. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
