Return & Exchange Policy

NBS provides a 15-day return and exchange policy. If a claim is made within 15 days of your original invoice date, a replacement product will be shipped to you within 1-5 business days. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returns initiated within the first 15 days. If a return is granted beyond our 15-day policy, a 50% restocking charge may be applicable.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you have received a defective or incorrect product due to our error, NBS will send you a replacement product at no charge. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. All items must be returned in resalable condition; out of date graphics will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact NBS Customer Service Department at 1-800-325-9021 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to obtain an RMA, or Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
  • Our RMA number must be clearly visible on the OUTSIDE OF ALL boxes, packages and/or skids and it must be documented on all packing slip documentation.
  • All items MUST be properly packaged. Signs and decals must be either palletized or packed in corrugated boxes, depending on how they were received. Opened flavor strips will not be acceptable for return.
  • Ship the item(s) back via a traceable shipping method to:

Important

Return Merchandise Authorization number must be clearly written on the package you are returning. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. Be sure to keep all shipping receipts and tracking numbers until your return is finalized. We recommend insuring the package for your own protection. NBS is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or misdirected in shipping. Make sure all products are properly protected for shipping. Damaged items are not eligible for credit.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in the manner of original payment. For credit cards, please allow 10-14 days for the return to be posted on your statement. Credits will be posted to open accounts within 10-14 days.
